Our Chapter has been sponsoring soldier support from our conception in 2001. At Last nights meeting it was recommended that we sponsor a local unit that has just deployed to Afghanistan for contingency operations. The 919^th Transportation Company will run operations out of Bigram Air fore Base to outlining area’s of the country. They leave from their train-up at Camp Atterbery, IN this Sunday. The 919^th TC should be on the ground NLT next week.

Contact has been made with the First Sergeant “1SG Brad Mater”, and Family Readiness Group (FRG) coordinator for the 919^th TC, SSG Simerson. 1SG Mater is very happy for our support of the Company.
